Profil-README neu geschrieben 
Der bisherige Text kam aus dem github-profile-readme-generator und listete
C#, .NET, Oracle, Perl, MSSQL und MongoDB - nichts davon kommt in den Repos
tatsaechlich vor. Die neue Fassung nennt, was laut Sprachstatistik wirklich
benutzt wird: Swift, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Shell.

Ausserdem raus:
- github-readme-stats, das GitHub-Zahlen zieht und auf Forgejo nichts anzeigt
- 26 externe Bild- und Badge-Hosts, die bei jedem Aufruf kontaktiert wurden
- der Twitter-Follower-Badge

Neu: die tatsaechlichen Projekte mit Links, die selbst gehostete Infrastruktur
und eine englische Kurzfassung. Ausgehende Links laufen ueber die eigenen
Kurzlinks.

Hi, ich bin Oliver 👋

🚐 Gründer von Vanity on Tour. Seit einem halben Jahrzehnt im Van unterwegs – und weil unterwegs immer irgendetwas fehlt, baue ich es meistens selbst.

Hier liegt alles, was dabei entsteht: iOS-Apps, kleine Web-Tools, Landingpages und die Infrastruktur, auf der das Ganze läuft.

StaySense Standort-Check fürs Vanlife: Umwelt-Kontext und Umgebungsinfos, direkt im Browser.
Vanity Expense Logbook Ausgaben und Fahrten unterwegs im Blick behalten.
Vanity on Tour Der Blog: Produkttests, Stellplatz-Tests, Technik – ohne Marketing-Zuckerguss.

Selbst gehostet

Das meiste läuft auf eigenen Servern statt bei Dritten – nicht aus Prinzipienreiterei, sondern weil ich wissen will, wo die Daten liegen, und Dienste nicht von heute auf morgen verschwinden sollen.

I'm Oliver, founder of Vanity on Tour. I've been living in a van for the better part of a decade – and since something is always missing on the road, I usually end up building it myself.

What I build: VanityCast, a podcast app for iPhone and CarPlay with its own audio engine and no account required · StaySense, a browser-based location check for van life · Vanity Expense Logbook for tracking expenses and trips on the road · and a blog about all of it.

Stack: Swift for iOS, Python and JavaScript for the web, Shell for the glue.

Self-hosted wherever it makes sense – Docker, Traefik, PostgreSQL, Forgejo for git and Shlink for the short links above. Not out of principle, but because I want to know where the data lives and I'd rather not have a service disappear overnight.
